Meet Tobias: Our Head Registered Dietitian, Here to Guide Your Health Journey
Tobias Dowd holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and understands that true success goes beyond simply providing a nutrition plan, especially for individuals with disabilities. 

He takes a caring, personalised and holistic approach, considering the unique challenges his clients face, including work schedules, family dynamics, habits, and stress levels. Tobias creates tailored programs that prioritise small, sustainable changes, empowering clients to achieve substantial long-term health improvements.

In addition to his expertise, Tobias has a deep understanding and compassion for individuals with disabilities, drawing from his own experience with close family members who have disabilities. This personal connection drives his commitment to providing exceptional care and tailored support for his clients.

Initial 1-on-1 Onboarding Call

Start your journey with a personalized welcome and introduction to the program. Your dietitian will get to know you, answer any questions, and ensure you start your new journey with a positive mindset.

Weekly 1-1 Support

Every week you will have a 1-1 call with your registered dietitian. This is where we will dive deep into your weekly results, discuss any challenges, and set your specific goals to help set you up for success for the upcoming week. These calls are incredibly powerful and will keep you on track through the ups and downs of life.


Custom Tailored Nutrition Plan

Our registered dietitian will develop a personalized nutrition plan specifically tailored to your lifestyle and unique needs. This plan will highlight your favourite foods and include links to easy, delicious recipes that you can prepare with ease.

As you progress through the program, your dietitian will continuously adjust your nutrition plan to ensure it aligns with your goals and any changes in your lifestyle.

 You'll also gain valuable insights about nutrition and healthy eating habits designed for individuals with disabilities, empowering you to make informed choices on your journey to better health.

Your Complete Habit Program

We teach you the principles behind a healthy lifestyle, focusing on 1 habit each fortnight. There are lots of great lessons to learn on nutrition, training, sleep, mindset & recovery. The Stronglife app will be the foundation for your learning. Each fortnight the app will release a new habit to apply that will ensure you not only reach your goals but build the habits that will sustain them.

This Mindset program is delivered through our app. It is designed to educate, motivate and bulletproof your mindset.
